1975 was always going to be more than just a bar and restaurant, it’s a space that brings people together - making friendships, relationships and connections through different events and offering a safe, friendly environment to all who visit.

Wecare changing things up for

We have been asked several times to hold a singles event, so on the second and third Thursday of every month from 7pm we are holding a Speed Dating event for people who are on their own to meet and have fun. To ensure an even number of attendees we will be selling via Eventbrite 15 Female tickets and 15 Male tickets. Dinner will be available from 6pm for anyone wanting to eat first, drinks from 7pm and speed dating will kick off at 7.30pm and there will be regular intervals for drink tops ups and the gents will circle the room, moving from chair to chair. The s2nd Thursday of the month will be 20s/30s/40s and the third Thursday will be 40s/50s/60s.
